To shed off the unwanted Holiday pounds.....

eto na naman at nagbalak kami ni ate mag-3 day diet...

DAY 1 BREAKFAST

Black coffee or tea with 1-2 packets of artificial sweetener
1/2 grapefruit or 1 whole orange
1 piece of toast with 1 tbsp peanutbutter


Nawa'y maipagpatuloy ko ito hanggang mamayang gabi....hehe
