May Krisis

Purita Amor ako for this week at alam kong magiging Purita Amor ako hanggang sa susunod na dalawang linggo and my life would be boring as hell. Huwaaaaa!!!

Restaurant City

Food is love. And we love food, we also love restaurants with good food.My love for food is what drove me to try this game on Facebook called Restaurant City.

Restaurant City is a game where you can create and run your own restaurant, hire your friends to work for you and design your restaurant as you please. You also collect ingredients to create your own menu from appetizer to dessert!

I'm lovin' this game! This is me, I bought myself a new set of clothes and a toque!

This is my storefront. It used to be a Tiki Hut with wooden planks in the facade but since I'm on a high level now I upgraded it into Ykaie's Palace.

I'm in Level 24 as of the moment. I got tired of playing when I reached level 23 but since they had additonal updates on the games like beverages that can be served when you reached level 15,my game started going again.

My Menu:

Appetizer: Royal Cream of Mushroom Soup. Mushroom soup that reached the maximum level (Level 10)
 Main Entree: Royal Pepperoni Pizza

Dessert: Royal Pancakes
Drinks: Simple Glass of Water..Its Level 1 since it just got added into the menu.

I have to have ingredients!!!

Moving Everything

It's really a hassle when you move from one place to another. Imagine moving everything from furnitures, fixtures, clothes, cabinets and what nots down to the itty bitty little thing. You have to find a good mover who makes sure your belongings arrive at their destination safely and on time.

With all of these things in mind, one thing you don't need to worry about when you move is your directv. If you are moving, you just have to call Direct Satellite TV before you move and tell them when and where you'll be going. No need to worry about your Direct TV Dish, just leave it behind but be sure to take your receivers and remotes with you when you move since you own it.With the DIRECTV MOVERS CONNECTIONTM, you'll get a new dish and standard professional installation is provided with your annual commitment to any TOTAL CHOICE® or OPCIĆ³N EXTRATM programming package and above. Hassle free.

Isn't that great? Well, I have to go I have to check out what local channels they have for Direct TV in CA.

Doll Ride

I saw this very cool "kiddie ride" at the Sky Garden last weekend. Small carts pulled by little robot dolls. hahaha. I know it sounds creepy but its really cute. I just don't know how to describe it better.

I let my daughter took a ride. A 3-minute ride costs P30, a little expensive but what the heck?!

The ride was cute but it's a little bit hard to steer so peanutbuttersteers it for ykaie. After two minutes she doesn't want to ride anymore.

Good thing I was able to take nice pictures...

Green Mango

When I first saw this at the Sky Garden, I said to peanutbutter " I have to try that." The store boasts of a really good ambience and the name? Green Mango sounds like a Pinoy version of Red Mango, a famous froyo store abroad who's also here in Manila.

Their table is in the shape of a mango, isn't that cute?
There are also lots of toppings available for your frozen yogurt like bananas, pineapples, cherry, blueberry, kiwi and dry toppings like cereals.
(Just click the menu to enlarge it)

Their yogurt is available in Original, Strawberry and chocolate flavors and is pretty cheap too! Medium, no topping - P48 ,with 3 toppings - P68. For the Large, no topping is P68 and with 3 toppings - P88.

Large Strawberry Frozen Yogurt with 3 toppings (P88)
Strawberry is my favorite flavor so that's what I ordered and the toppings are Kiwi, Blueberry and Cherry. I was greatly disappointed. This doesn't taste like yogurt at all!! It lacked the sourness of a good yogurt. If this is really yogurt, then this is yogurt for those who don't like yogurt. I distinctly remember telling peanutbutter that this tastes like this yogurt for kids in the market which is sweet. I remember buying Ykaie one of that because she loves yogurt but somehow, she didn't like it and still prefers Nestle's Yogurt.

Cello's Doughnuts and Dips

The Cello's Doughnuts and Dips story starts somewhere in-between the many isles of a local grocery store. Born out of Cello's love of baking and Jutes' love of eating, the enterprising couple started Cello's Doughnuts and Dips with its first branch at Katipunan and the first few (and still most famous) flavors of doughnuts: Oreo, Chocolate and Cheese.

Now they have over 20 different flavors which I just discovered when they opened their third branch at the SM Sky Garden.
My daughter was very happy to see the doughnuts!
Oreo and Blueberry Cream Cheese Doughnuts (P28)
I loved its melt in your mouth goodness! Haven't tried their dips yet but I will be.. next time I'm at SM.

BEEELATT!!!

Kasi nga'y yearly dapat i-recondition o pa-refill-an and fire extinguisher according to the law. Naalala ko around this time last year din ako naholdap ng mga bumbero.

My entry : SUUUNOG!!!

Sabi ko this year I'm going to be so much wiser..... And guess what?! P4,500 nila siningil sa akin to last year! My guzzz huh!!

Saan?!
Ako: Dun din ho, sa pinagkuhanan nyo.Sa 9th ave. Di ba ho may label ho iyon?
Fireman: Ah talaga (nanlulumo na..hehe) Magkano mo napa-refillan?
Ako: P80 per pound po
Fireman: ah,o sige
Ako: sige ho,thank you hoooo.. (weheh sarcastic na)

Well, two can play at this game.

Somebody from El Dorado: Nagpa-refill daw ho kayo sa amin?
Ako: Oho, ako ho yung tumawag nung isang araw
Somebody from El Dorado: ah naresibuhan na ho ba kayo?

***pagkatapos kong lumakad-lakad sa loob ng bahay for a few seconds

Somebody from El Dorado: ah, kasi nagagalit yung bumbero eh. magkano pa-refill mo?

May fire extinguisher ako....BAGONG REFILL!! hah!"

Sa iba ako nag pa-refill ng fire extinguisher ko....SO SUE ME!

Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken

This is where peanutbutter, Ykaie and I had our lunch out the other day.

Peri-Peri, Piri-piri or Peli-peli is the name used to describe the bird's eye chili discovered by the Portuguese explorers in Africa hundreds of years ago. It's a small and extremely spicy variety of chili that is the secret ingredient in Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken.

The Peri Peri Chicken is trimmed of excess fat and charcoal grilled which reduces its fat content and gives it a smoky flavor. This makes for a healthier alternative than other roasted chickens.

There are three flavors to choose from: lemon & garlic, mild and spicy flavor.

 Combo E- ¼ chicken and 2 side dishes (P170)
¼ Lemon & Garlic chicken, chicken and corn soup and Peri Fries
Combo D- ½ chicken, rice and 1 side dish (P245)
½ Lemon & Garlic Chicken, chicken macaroni soup and rice
The flavor of the chicken was really good but somehow the gravy didn't compliment the chicken. We would've liked it better with a soy based dipping sauce.

Brother's Burger

peanutbutter brought home this big burger for me and Ykaie the other day.

 Santa Fe Burger (P265)
100% Flame broiled burger with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, catsup, and mayo, and I think that's chili, jalapeƱo and onions, all in an oatmeal bun.

an entry for . Have a great weekend everyone!

Ykaie's Pink Car

busyng-busy

She's a little tired in this picture kasi we just came from the mall...

LP: Tuyo

Magandang Huwebes!
