1 cup tuna
1 cup carrots
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup melon
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Were you able to make it to 3rd day? Ako yata hindi.. I will eat my usual food, and will use my very dusty treadmill and exercise bike..Naagnas na raw sabi ng hubby ko..
This diet really works! I was on it a few times 20 years ago when my sister in NZ recommended it to me. I lost a few lbs. each time. You need to go back to your normal diet for 4 days then go back to the 3-day diet, but do not over eat during those days you're off it. It's guaranteed you'd lose weight.
