Beneficial pala itong paglalakad sa gabi. Nagsimula kasi kaming maglakad sa gabi ni sis as exercise. Habang tulak-tulak ang naka-bike na si Ykaie. Makailang gabi na kaming naglalakad at kung makailang gabi na rin akong nakakakita ng mga P#@*&^%$#!  may utang sa akin sa shop. Ito yung mga taong matagal ng di nagpapakita dahil ayaw nga magbayad. Kaliliit na halaga lang naman.

Eh kilala nyo naman ako-- di ako nagpapalagpas ng mga ganyan. Singil kung singil! Kaya naman allergic sa akin ang mga hinayupak, kapag nakikita ako bigla na lang nagsisi-iwas. Syempre ako naman, kokornerin ko para masingil. Yung iba halos mga kapitbahay ko lang pero ni hindi mahulugan ng papiso-piso isang araw ang utang kagaya na lang nitong isang baklang mukhang dragon na minsan ay may anggulong kamukha ni Barney at itong pandak na bata na napaka-angas.

Heniweys, dahil nga napagkikita ko sila sa gabi ay nakakasingil ako. Nung isang araw nakasingil ako ng P15 at may siningil ako na sana naman ay napahiya sa sarili nya dahil ang tanda nya na di pa sya makapagbayad ng P85. Hay, keber lang, bahala sila makulitan sa akin at ma-allergic ng husto. Wag kaya kayo umutang kung ayaw nyo masingil! Tse!

Happy 1st Anniversary Ykaie's Internet Café

Yeheeeeyy!!! One year na kami!! Akalain mo yun,ambilis talaga ng panahon! So in celebration at bilang pa-thank you sa mga customers namin ay nag-treat kami ng merienda.

Nagluto ako ng Pork Barbecue at Spaghetti at naglagay kami ng cooler sa shop na may bottomless grape juice.O diba? ang taray? Busog ang mga players at tighaw ang mga uhaw nila!

Naku, panalo itong barbecue ng nanay ko. May humihingi pa nga eh kaya lang talagang 1 for each person lang pati na ang Spag. Ang recipe ay nasa The Peach Kitchen kung gusto nyo malaman.



Kaya lang echusero naman itong mga players dito noong piktyuran na ayaw naman mga tumingin sa camera.

I am now a part of the We Swap Snacks community.I got approved yesterday.Super excited ako.Kahapon nga habang bumibili kami ni ate ng diaper ni Ykaie iniisip na namin kung anong filipino goodies ang ipapadala namin sa magiging partner ko.Polvoron,Cheese Ring,Goldilocks Caramel popcorn,ensaymada, hmmm..at marami pang iba..

If you will notice, may bago akong widget dito.I'm now a part of  The Foodie BlogRoll..Yipeee!! Well, kaka-approve lang din nila sa akin kagabi..

Kakalagay ko lang ng sign ngayong umaga.Paano ba naman nalurky ako kahapon.Ang mga bata,maglalaro dito sa shop..extend ng extend ng time nila,pag nag-out na at singilan na,sasabihin kulang ang mga pera nila at ibabalik na  lang bukas....o may choice ba ako? My gas! ayoko na nga magpautang eh.

Tapos kagabi,meron pang gumawa sa akin ng ganun, hindi naman kami close! Ang laki-laki na eh....hmp!

Hay,mga abusado...O ayan ang resulta..pre-paid na...

On a rather serious note...

Nung September 10,8pm um-attend ako ng meeting sa may barangay hall.Lahat ng operators and owners ng computer shops dito sa barangay namin ay present dun sa meeting.

At ang topic ng meeting: CURFEW OF MINORS..

hayy.....eto na naman..walang kamatayan.Hindi naman ako against dito no..okay nga ito dahil iwas sa lahat ng bagay namely accidents,crime, etc.

Minutes of the Meeting:

Sabi ng barangay chairman namin kapag nahulihan daw ng minors ang computer shop ng tatlong beses ay pasensyahan dahil gagawin nya ang lahat para maipasara ang nasabing computer shop.

Fine.

Sabi ng barangay chairman namin ang pwede lang daw pumasok sa computer shop ng 10pm onwards ay ang mga batang may kasamang magulang.

Fine.

Nagtanong ako,just to get it across because syempre binasa ko naman ang City Ordinance No. 0259,

 Tinitingnan ko lang kung anong isasagot sa akin......

"Chairman,Paano po kung kasama naman nung bata yung kapatid nya na mga 20 yrs old?"

Sabi ba naman: Hindi raw pwede,dahil ang sabi daw sa batas ay basta 17 years old pababa,wala daw exemptions..

Huuh??

I distinctly remember reading that these are exempted:

"Minors accompanied by their elders
Minors procuring medicine
Minors performing tasks under the direct supervision of their elders,brothers/sisters aged eighteen (18) and above and persons having parental authority over the minors"

Hay, ang hirap talaga maging ulirang ina!! hehe.I'm still trying to find ways kung paano makakaraket.
I have posted my first item to sell on eBay today.Ngayon ko lang tri-ny to since nandito lang naman ako sa shop at wala naman ginagawa.Sana naman mabenta.Sorry sa nagbigay nun,It was a gift but I don't wanna recycle gifts kasi.Eh kesa naman di mapakinabangan at maging dakilang "dust gatherer" sa bahay.gawin na lang nating $$$ (ka-ching,ka-ching)

Henyways, I cooked Salpicao for dinner..okay naman sya,masarap..kulang lang sa liquid seasoning kasi ubos na pala yung liquid seasoning namin.Akala ko marami pa.Hehe...

At ito sya..mukha namang masarap diba??

 

Here's the recipe:

BEEF SALPICAO

Ingredients:

1/2kg Beef Tenderloin

2tbsp Canola or Olive oil
lots of garlic
ground pepper
oyster sauce
liquid seasoning
butter

mushrooms

DIRECTIONS:
*Marinate beef chunks in oyster sauce,garlic & liquid seasoning mixture,set aside for a few hours.
*Fry minced garlic until brown,set aside.
*Saute marinated beef in very hot oil until they are browned evenly.
*Add a little of the marinade.
*Stir until it dries out then add mushrooms.
*Add butter & fried garlic.
*Serve hot.

I stopped myself from b*tch*ng the supposedly honorable barangay tonight.They do deserve some credit for dilligently implementing Ordinance No. 0259 a.k.a. CURFEW LAWS but they will have to think that some people do READ/KNOW the law.

They made me laugh tonight.
They gave me something to write about.

Right.

It's been two straight rainy mornings & I've been waking up at 8am.So is my 7 month old daughter,Ykaie,who used to wake me up every single morning at 6am.What happened were the following:

• The netcafe's regulars are already waiting when I went outside.
• Didn't get a chance to have my sip of coffee before stepping inside the netcafe.
• Didn't get a chance to wipe the dust off the stations.
• No mopping of sandy floor...parang beach na ang shop sa dami ng buhangin.
  
• Breakfast is at 10am...gutom na ako nito,promise.

breakdown

So I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown trying to be a superwoman,balancing life as a mommy,wife, & managing our little internet cafe.I successfully eliminated my social life (as if I had any),bonding with my sis at the mall,movie dates with my husband,my sleeping time, my spiritual life & even my sweet little time of watching the telly."Pagtunganga" became a luxury..

Everyday for the past two months I'm already awake on Ykaie's waking time which is 6am.I give her vitamins,feed her & take her down to her Lolo to tend to her while I clean the cafe over coffee(Sigh..)Then my day starts,I give Ykaie her bath,feed her & hele her to sleep,all that in between time ins & time outs of the computer shop's customers.

I also make sure I tend to my husbands needs & listen to his never ending complains about life.There are also some little fights in between those stressful moments at times.Aaaargghhh!Listen to my husband complaining that he doesn't have a hobby when his complaining seems to be one..haha.

I realized that right now I really don't have time for myself.No time to feel my feelings.No time to hear my thoughts.Not that I'm complaining .I love taking care of my three babies namely Alvin,Ykaie & the cafe but there are times when I wish I can have a decent conversation with my husband without him playing RF Online.There are times when I wish I can take a bath without worrying that nobody is keeping an eye on Ykaie & the cafe.

I do miss the freedom of the single life when I can do anything I like without worry but I wouldn't trade what I have now for anything.

Even if I get less sleep.
Even if I hear complains all day.
Even if I can't even comb my hair until 4pm.
Even if I am tired.

At the end of the day,
when my husband kisses me on the cheek & hugs me,
& when my daughter gives me the sweetest smile ever..
my heart melts into marshmallow.
