To Xend: Pakidala sa Air 21 ang package ko, reliable sila

Today, I called Xend to check on my package and guess what? Iniwan daw nung nag-dedeliver ang package sa office nila dahil hindi ma-locate ang address. Ang galing ng effort nila. Hinihintay nila na ikaw talaga ang gumawa ng paraan to get your package.

Nung tumawag ako nung isang araw. I specifically told them na ide-deliver nila yun sa isang Internet cafe. I gave them the name of the computer shop and I SPELLED the name to their employee to make sure na tama ang mapupuntahan nila. Today, ang sabi ng employee ay "marami raw kasing computer shop sa General Luna" [being one of the reason kung bakit hindi na-ideliver and package]. Haler, Is this an oxymoron,I'm talking to? Unang-una, kahit na sandamakmak pa ang mga computer shop sa General Luna at ang buong street ay puro computer shop na lang at wala ng bahay impossibleng pareho-pareho ang pangalan ng computer shop doon. [Repeat: I spelled the name of my computer shop, obviously the employee DID NOT BOTHER to make a note of it] Syempre, iba-iba ang pangalan ng computer shops. Pangalawa, dadalawa lang ang alam kong computer shop sa General Luna!!!!!

Again, referring to the map of my unlocated address whether its Velasco or General Luna:

Ayan lang ang street.Magkalapit. Ang sabi ng employee? Kung gusto ko daw ay pick-up-in ko na lang ang package sa Mandaluyong? The neeeeeeeeeeeerve! Pakidala na lang sa Air21 at babayaran ko. Very reliable sila. Talagang nakakarating ang package the next day.

Ay kaasar ang ganyan, dito iiwanan ka ng note sasabihin i redeliver nila the next day with specific time of the day.., after 3 attempts at la ka pa rin sa house mo, eh ikaw na ang kukuha.. fair enough naman di ba?
