Pork Tocino

Ang ulam namin kagabi ay Pork Tocino.Super favorite namin to ni ate Pinky. And because of this narito ang aming homemade Pork Tocino recipe.

INGREDIENTS;

1 kg Pork, pork chops or loin with fat
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
a pinch of Salitre
1 cup 7up or Sprite
(red food color,optional)

Simple lang ang prodedure: Combine all the ingredients and set aside in the fridge to cure the meat. After that, pwede na sya i-prito.Serve with fried rice, vinegar for dipping and/or sliced tomato..

Yummy!

Ngunit kung kayo ay super busy, tinatamad or biglaang gusto nyo na ng Tocino now na now na...ito ang solusyon..

Bumili ka na lang...
hehehehe..

BEEF PARES

Naubusan ako ng photopaper kagabi.May nagpa-print ng pictures for a scrapbooking project at nagpagawa rin sa akin ng lay-out to be printed today. After mamili, syempre, dahil di pa ako nag-breakfast at di pa rin sya kumakain:

Alvin: Gusto mo kumain??
Ako: oo,di pa nga ako nag-almusal.San mo gusto?
Alvin: Sa Pares,sa 6th ave.
Ako: O,lika na..
Alvin; Malayo eh,tsaka madami dala..
Ako: Minsan lang eh...
****
2 Pares
1 extra rice (hindi po akin)
(defensive??haha)

Looks yummy no??

Alvin: Teeeennkk yooouuu...
Ako: Tenk you lang???
Alvin: Eh,may bayad ba yun?Ano gusto mo? materyal--

****************

Anyway,on a rather serious note,Pares is the Filipino term for pair.Literally this dish is served in pairs,a combination of Beef Stew viand and a bowl of soup, served with rice.

The stew is made with beef cutlets cooked in sweet soy sauce and anise, topped with spring onions. The soup is made by combining a portion of the stew sauce with some pre-cooked soup stock.Rice usually is garlic rice.

Sounds really yummy, right.

I found two recipes that looks delicious. One by Manang Kusinera and the other one is by Lakwatsera.

Yehey! bati na kami...

Galit kami ni Alvin kahapon kaya ako sad.Di ko masyado nai-discuss kasi wala--as in wala!-- ako sa mood.
You say things you don't really mean, you just say it because your mad.Sometimes it's easy na balewalain pero at times it's hard to forget kaya we have to be really really careful in what we say when we're mad.Words are one thing that we cannot take back.Lalo na hurtful words.
At the end of the day, what's important is we're okay .The hurtful words that was said yesterday were forgotten. We exchanged I love you's.♥♥

At dahil bati na kami.Ito ang itsura nila kaninang umaga:

Good morning!

I was taking the picture from the computer shop.At nag-pose pa ang mag-ama ko Aaaw...

***

CHICKEN BARBEQUE
Chicken pieces (I bought legs & wings)
(Marinade:)
Soy sauce
Sugar
Minced garlic
Calamansi Juice

Directions:
Marinate chicken in soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic & calamansi juice.Let stand for at least half day.Grill on live charcoal until cooked.Baste with marinade while grilling.
