Summer Dresses for Children

It has been so hot the last few days. We've been experiencing 35° and 36°  temperature. My active three year old has been her usual self and is playing actively indoors and outdoors with her cousins. To keep her feeling fresh, I kept all her leggings, pants and t-Shirts. I make her wear summer girls dresses everyday. These dresses are not only pretty but it doesn't make her feel sweaty and hot the whole day.

It's fun to dress up little girls, they're like big versions of barbie dolls,LOL! Some of my favorite summer dresses comes from Tea Collection. Tea Collection started in 2002. They have fresh, distinctive designs inspired by travels  all over the world like traditional Korean patchwork or Brazilian street graffiti. magically, they transform these inspirations to wearable and chic children's clothing.

What's good about their products is that you can order it online. Just browse through the collection, pay for it online and they ship it to you. They even offer a ten percent (10%) on your first order.

If you want to see it personally, it is also available in specialty and department stores, including Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue, and other children's boutiques in the U.S., Canada and Australia.

My Aunt's Swimsuit

This is my Uncle Jose and my Aunt Raquel. It's just amusing that my aunt loves swimming in her pants..LOL! This is  at Sitio Lucia.
This was taken at Amana Waterpark....Notice she's also wearing pants, hee.

♥♥♥

This is it. The anti-social just officially turned social.

Well, it didn't happen overnight. I just woke-up one day and found myself interacting with a lot of people. Some of which I know and some are strangers which  I happen to interact with everyday through my blog.

Don't get me wrong. I love every second of it but I see some downsides. I tend to attract some really disturbed people...

..don't mind me..

..just thinking out loud in this bleak weather..

What about the floor?

Remember the room renovation? Yup, it's starting. I'll be purchasing the air conditioner and soon they'll be making a hole in our bedroom wall for it. Then, they'll be closing the opening near the ceiling and repainting the room.

Now, I am thinking what more could I add to the renovation aside from Ykaie's new bed? The back of my mind is saying that a Laminate flooring install could be a good idea. Since, I might think about putting it a few months after the renovation. I'm worried about the expenses, though. I'm trying to make a calculation based on only my assumption of what each would cost.

I think that it would cost me more than what I'm ready to spend. Yikes!
And I'm trying to justify the cost to myself too. When was that room last renovated, anyway? I think I was still a child then. The paint today is peeling itself out on those walls and they're kinda dirty too. The floor needs more waxing and evidently, the rooms needs a lot of cleaning!

It's going to be a lot of work but I sure hope it's worth every drop of sweat. I can already see the outcome .

Bakit mo hina-hack ang Twitter account ko?

Nakakaloka ka!
Linggong-linggo? Ginugulo mo ang umaga ko?!
Kanina ba naman pagbukas ko ng e-mail ko ay may dalawang message doon na nagsasabi na may nagtangkang magpalit ng password ko sa twitter.
At NOT ONCE but TWICE!

Haaaayyyy...

Gold Bullions instead of Jewelries

I love gold in the form of earrings, necklaces, anklets or bracelets. Well, I think every woman does but the honestly, I never thought of it as a form of investment. I love it because it looks good on me or is a fashion statement.

Today, since the economy has been fluctuating, more and more people buy gold bullion and is making it into gold IRA. Gold has replaced money, if you're looking into wealth-preservation. Why? because government can't devalue gold and no politicians or central bankers that can mess with its value.

With this in mind, I'm now thinking of buying gold bullion instead of jewelries. It may become an advantage since I can't wear gold in the form of a bullion, I will attract less snatchers here in the country..LOL!

Seriously, this is one investment I am considering. If I buy bullion annually, I'm sure it will earn a lot more in the years to come.
