My Birthday Celebration

It was a fun fun night even though it started out in traffic. We decided to meet at Trinoma at super duper mega hirap sumakay. At dahil nga mahirap sumakay, syempre hintayan blues. Habang hinihintay namin si Roman at ate Nydia pinag-rides ko muna ang mga kids. Syempre nangarag ng konti si peanutbutter♥ ng samahan nya sa Carousel ang dalawang bata. Kasama kasi namin si Chellie, isa sa mga pamangkin ko sa pinsan.

And because I really enjoyed our Shomal experience nung birthday ni Ykaie, dun ko na lang sila tri-neat for dinner. I really loved the ambience!

Appetizer Platter (P465)

It comes with Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Salad Olovieh and this churvaloo na three times na naming itinatanong sa waiter ang pangalan ay di pa rin namin naintindihan kung ano. Ang sarap pa naman. This dish comes with 2 pieces of Nan. It's my first time to try all of them and I like them, specially the Hummus.

We decided to order one of their set meal which was good for 4-5 persons. Its around P1,400 and consists of Shrimp Tandoori, a stick of Lamb Kebab, a stick of Beef Kebab, a stick of Shish Kebab, a stick of Lamb Shish and a stick of Chicken Kebab served with Saffron Rice, Grilled Tomatoes and their garlic sauce.

I was really looking forward to taste the lamb pero parang hindi ko naman masyadong nalasahan kasi busy ako kaka-chika.

Indian Chicken Curry

I forgot to take note of how much this is but its really good. Curry mixed with Indian spices.

Shish Kebab

Marinated chunks of tenderloin, skewered and charbroiled. It comes with two pieces of pita bread, garlic sauce and hot sauce.We had an extra order of this.

Baklava (P68)

I don't know if there are two flavors because I didn't order any dessert. I'm not very fond of Baklavas.

Ykaie's birthdate is really November 19th. We scheduled the party last November 21st because it was a saturday. On the 19th, we went out and treated Ykaie to a some rides and games at the mall.

Dinner was something Persian.I totally loved the ambience in this restaurant.Feeling ko sobrang elegant.

We were a little playful after telling the waiter our orders...May salamin dun sa likod ng couch na inuupuan namin, so naglaro-laro muna kami.

Chelou Beef Kebab

A stick of beef kebab topped in saffron rice and grilled tomato.

Shish Kebab

Marinated chunks of tenderloin, skewered and charbroiled. It comes with two pieces of pita bread, garlic sauce and hot sauce.This is soooo good. I'll probably be back here to order the lamb.

The waiters are very nice and very attentive to our needs at this restaurant.

The pita bread was soft and warm.Perfect with the beef tenderloin chunks...
