and yet another attempt on the 3 Day Diet....

Hay eto naman ako at sinusubukan ulit mag 3 Day Diet....

DAY 1

BREAKFAST:

Black Coffee or Tea with artificial sweetener or water
1/2 Grapefruit or orange
1 slice of toast with
1 tbsp peanutbutter





LUNCH:

Black Coffee or Tea with artificial sweetener or water
1/2 cup of Tuna
1 slice of toast






DINNER:

Black Coffee or Tea with artificial sweetener or water
3oz any lean meat
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 medium apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream


Ang dami ng dinner..nakakabusog.

  1. I can deal with the dinner, but not the breakfast and lunch, Syadong konti, magugutom ako...
