My other Ruby Tuesday Post: Dinner the other night.

Great shots, even though its a lil bit too early for xmas. I love poinsettas.
TumugonBurahinLovely poinsettias! I admire anyone who can keep them alive and flourishing...
TumugonBurahinDelightful! Especially love the perspective of that last shot!
TumugonBurahinI love these flowers, we can only have them here inside the house since they will die if they're outside. So, we can't really show them off...
TumugonBurahinYour mom seems excited for the coming Holiday season..cool!!
Poinsettias do seem to mark Christmas so well - with snow (maybe) outside and green trees. The red adds life to the winter, and what more fitting to mark the new life in Jesus. Never too many poinsettias!
TumugonBurahinEvery December 6th, I give my mom a red poinsetta. It's been a tradition in the family for years. When my paternal grenadmother was still living, my ftaher gave her a red poinsetta every year on her birthday (12/6). After she passed, my mother picked up the thread and gave my dad a red poinsetta every year on his mother's birthday. When he passed, it was my turn. So for the last 7 years (8 this December) my mom has gotten her red poinsetta on 12/6. Who -- if anyone -- will pick up the tradition when she's gone is anybody's guess. But for now, it is what it is.
TumugonBurahinpasko na! merry christmas! :D
